All team members are hired as 1099 independent contractors.

This means:

• You are not an employee of Noble Link Communications and are therefore responsible for your own taxes (federal, state, and local).

• We do not withhold taxes from your pay. You will receive a 1099-NEC form at year-end if you earn $600 or more.

• Benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans are not offered as part of your contract.

Agent Platform Fee:
There is a $79.99 bi-weekly platform access fee, automatically deducted from your pay. This fee grants you:

• Secure access to client systems and CRM tools

• Training, tech support, and certification programs

• Continued eligibility to work for partner companies

Compensation and Payment Terms:

• Pay is issued bi-weekly via direct deposit

• Earnings depend on your selected project and client-specific pay rates

• Bonuses and incentives may be available depending on performance and client programs
